When we built our first cabin on wheels as our family home, we never imagined it would grow into what Freedom Cabins NZ is today. What started as our personal housing solution has blossomed into our passion—creating quality, affordable living spaces for Kiwi families just like ours.​

Our journey to cabin building took an unusual path. Our backgrounds as professional racing drivers might seem worlds away from construction, but the skills we developed on the track transfer perfectly to building your home. The precision timing, problem-solving under pressure, and attention to detail that kept us competitive in motorsport now ensure your cabin is built to the highest standards.

Now that we're parents, we understand even more deeply how important home is to family life. That's why we've expanded our vision to include minor dwellings and granny flats designed for intergenerational living. These spaces allow families to stay connected while maintaining independence—something we value in our own family.
